Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with experience in B2B digital marketing. The role requires developing and implementing SEO strategies to generate high-quality leads, increase organic visibility, and strengthen our brand’s presence in search engines. The ideal candidate will have expertise in optimizing for long sales cycles, niche industries, and business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B-focused SEO strategies to improve search rankings and lead generation.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research focused on industry-specific terms and buyer intent.
  • Optimize landing pages, product/service pages, and content for B2B audiences.
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to create SEO-friendly blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Build and manage high-quality backlinks from industry-relevant sources, directories, and publications.
  • Perform regular SEO audits to identify technical issues and recommend fixes.
  • Track, measure, and report SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, keyword rankings, lead conversions).
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, especially for B2B digital marketing trends.
  • Research and analyze competitor SEO strategies in the B2B sector.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with lead generation and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing,
  • Proven experience (0-2 years) in SEO with a focus on

  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Experience in optimizing content for long-tail, industry-specific keywords.
  • Familiarity with B2B digital marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO (site architecture, crawling, indexing, page speed, schema markup).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with sales, content, and design teams.
