The Indian Institute of Career Counselling (IICC) is a next-gen CareerTech and EduImpact institution committed to empowering students through evidence-based counselling, psychometric assessments, and strategic career interventions. As we scale nationally, we are seeking a dynamic SEO Executive to optimize our digital presence, drive qualified traffic, and elevate our online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic growth.
• Perform keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Optimize website architecture, internal linking, meta tags, schema, and URL structures.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Track, analyze, and report website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Manage backlinks, directory submissions, and outreach for authority-building.
• Monitor algorithm updates and adapt strategy accordingly to maintain top SERP rankings.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in EdTech or Career Services domain.
• Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and white-hat SEO practices.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
