Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist located in Surat. The SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies, conducting market research, planning marketing campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance. They will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize content and drive online traffic.

✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

🔹 SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

• Keyword research, competitor analysis & on-page/off-page optimization
• Technical SEO audits & reporting (

  Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.

  )
• Build high-quality backlinks & follow white-hat SEO practices

🔹 Paid Ads & Performance Marketing:

• Manage

  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  &

  Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

• Run

  Telegram & Instagram campaigns

  to drive leads
• Monitor & optimize campaigns for

  maximum ROI

🔹 Social Media & Content Marketing:

• Create strategies for

  Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram engagement

• Coordinate for

  ad creatives & performance-based content

🔹 Reporting & Analysis:

• Track

  CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS

  and prepare

  weekly/monthly reports

• Suggest

  growth-driven marketing strategies

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Planning and Market Research
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Proficiency in Marketing strategies and tactics
• Proven track record in SEO and digital marketing
• Ability to analyze data and campaign performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
