Key ResponsibilitiesSEO ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective SEO strategies (on-page and off-page). Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize content. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush. Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented. Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and metadata. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates. Social Media ResponsibilitiesCreate, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, etc.). Develop platform-specific content strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Monitor social trends, engagement metrics, and community feedback. Manage paid social media campaigns (optional based on experience). Collaborate with design and content teams for cohesive visual and written storytelling. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for growth and engagement. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in SEO and/or social media marketing. Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush). Experience with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and content tone. Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms. Experience in basic graphic design using Canva or Adobe Suite. Familiarity with PPC campaigns and Google Ads.
