SEO Analyst

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Analyst to develop and execute effective search engine optimization strategies that improve organic visibility, website traffic, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams including content, PPC, and social media.Key

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Lead and manage a team of SEO Specialists
• Conduct keyword research to guide content and marketing strategies
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and ad copy
• Manage link-building efforts and blogger outreach for high-quality backlinks
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversions
• Collaborate with social media and PPC teams to align campaign objectives
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes
• Drive lead generation through organic search

Requirements:

• Experience in SEO or a similar digital marketing role
• Strong knowledge of current SEO practices, tools (SEMrush, MOZ, Google Analytics, Search Console), and techniques
• Understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience with SEO audits and performance reporting
• Excellent communication (spoken and written) and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Leadership or team management experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
