Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager (Sales) for our major MNC client in Gurgaon/Bangalore, your role will be crucial in driving revenue growth within a defined territory or strategic accounts. Your responsibilities will include managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets. You will serve as the primary contact for top-tier accounts, providing tailored solutions to address their test and measurement needs through your deep industry knowledge. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop high-level relationships with Managers and key decision makers. - Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, re-engage dormant accounts, and activate prospects. - Create and execute robust account plans aligned with territory and company objectives. - Deliver consultative solutions across business lines to address customer challenges. - Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and internationally, including overnight trips as required. - Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and virtual engagements. - Manage and update the sales opportunity pipeline in Salesforce or equivalent CRM. - Prepare and present business proposals, including detailed financial analysis. - Collaborate with internal teams and partners for effective solution delivery. - Provide updates on market trends, competition, and customer feedback. - Support marketing initiatives by participating in industry events. - Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and issue resolution. - Complete required administrative tasks in accordance with company guidelines. - Mentor junior sales representatives. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Electrical, Telecommunications), Marketing, or related field. - 5+ years of proven success in B2B solution sales, preferably within test & measurement, technology rental, or equipment leasing industries. - Hands-on experience managing strategic or complex accounts. - Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong business acumen, financial knowledge, and problem-solving mindset. - Ability to manage long-term, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with discipline. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience selling services to engineering or technical customers. - Background in industries such as semiconductor, RF, microwave, or telecommunications. - Additional language skills relevant to the assigned territory. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,
