About The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end architecture using React.js, TypeScript, and Redux/Context API.
• Convert UI/UX designs from Figma (or similar tools) into responsive, pixel-perfect, and high-performance web applications.
• Optimize components for performance across browsers and devices.
• Integrate front-end with backend services using RESTful APIs.
• Establish and enforce UI best practices, coding standards, and reusable component strategies.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and CI/CD integrations.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of high-quality engineering.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve UI and rendering issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with cross-browser, cross-device, accessibility (WCAG), and i18n/l10n Skills & Qualifications :
• 58 years of strong experience in frontend development with React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and DOM manipulation.
• Deep understanding of React Hooks, Redux, and modern frontend architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, Webpack, and modern development workflows.
• Proven experience in responsive, mobile-first design.
• Awareness of WCAG accessibility and internationalization (i18n/l10n) standards.
• Hands-on experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress for to Have :
• Experience with Next.js, SSR (Server-Side Rendering), and SSG (Static Site Generation).
• Knowledge of Micro-Frontend Architecture.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or developer Skills :
