Senior Voice Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Possess 8+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco UC solutions, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, and IM & Presence (IM&P). - Demonstrate a strong expertise with Webex and Microsoft Teams Phone systems. - Showcase proven ability in troubleshooting voice and video calls, along with identifying and resolving network-related issues. - Hold current certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Voice or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Voice (or equivalent) and Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (or equivalent). - Have a deep understanding of MS Teams Phone, including calling plans, number management, and third-party integrations. - Be familiar with cloud-based voice solutions like Webex Calling and Microsoft Teams Calling.
