Job Description

We are looking for Senior Voice engineers to join our engineering team at Avaamo. We're looking for people who are passionate about developing ML/AI in NLP/ASR domains to build powerful platforms that solve enterprise problems. We are keen on hiring someone who loves working with strong teams, in a fast-paced and start-up environment, and looking to solve some challenging engineering problems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve models/infrastructure and software that uses these models.
Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Develop and deploy SIP-based communication solutions, including SIP servers, proxies, gateways, and session border controllers (SBCs).
Design and configure SIP trunks, media gateways, and other related components.
Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues related to SIP protocols, call routing, media handling, and interoperability.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve system-related problems.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, or related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with NodeJS, C, C++, Processing/Automatic Speech Recognition domain.
A good foundation in Deep Learning, with an in-depth understanding of neural architectures and parameters.
