Senior Voice Engineer

As a Senior Voice Engineer at Avaamo, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving models/infrastructure and software that utilize ML/AI in NLP/ASR domains. You will work on developing and deploying SIP-based communication solutions, investigating and troubleshooting complex issues related to SIP protocols, call routing, media handling, and interoperability. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve system-related problems. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve models/infrastructure and software leveraging ML/AI in NLP/ASR domains. - Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. - Develop and deploy SIP-based communication solutions like SIP servers, proxies, gateways, and session border controllers. - Design and configure SIP trunks, media gateways, and related components. - Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues related to SIP protocols, call routing, media handling, and interoperability. - Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve system-related problems. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. - Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience with NodeJS, C, C++, Processing/Automatic Speech Recognition domain. - Strong foundation in Deep Learning, with an in-depth understanding of neural architectures and parameters.
