Conversation Designer

As a Senior Conversation Designer at Avaamo, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our voice and text-based conversational interfaces. Collaborating with our team, you will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and testing experiences that will drive the future of conversational AI. This full-time position is based in Bangalore. Your main responsibilities will include defining and synthesizing customer/user requirements, creating comprehensive conversation trees (conversational wireframes) that encompass real-life conversational aspects, and working closely with UX design counterparts to enhance the overall experience with clear and engaging content. Additionally, you will contribute to the evolution and success of the product by prioritizing the customer's needs and preferences, and you will work alongside engineers and designers to ensure the seamless implementation of the user experience. To excel in this role, you should have experience in creating, testing, and analyzing prototypes for voice/text interactions. A strong portfolio showcasing your work in speech and interaction design is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with the ability to interpret and create business and technical documents. You should be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and demonstrate both independent and collaborative work capabilities. Having strong visual design skills and proficiency in design applications like Photoshop and Illustrator will be advantageous. Flexibility in working hours based on department and company requirements is expected.
