Job Description

CommVersion is seeking a Conversation Designer responsible for designing intelligent, frictionless chatbot flows and conversational copy across web and messaging platforms. Your work will directly impact lead capture, qualification, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Design end-to-end chatbot and automation flows for B2B use cases

  • Write conversational copy (greetings, replies, CTAs, fallbacks) that's on brand and user-focused
  • Map out user journeys and decision trees using tools like Lucidchart, Miro or Figma
  • Work with sales, product, and performance teams to align flows to lead-gen goals
  • Conduct A/B tests, analyze chat transcripts, and refine content based on performance
  • Collaborate with dev teams or chatbot platforms to implement and QA the conversation logic
  • Apply tone, voice and UX best practices to create seamless digital interactions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in conversation design, UX writing, or product content writing
  • Solid understanding of chatbot platforms (like Dialogflow, Tars, LiveChat, Intercom, etc.)
  • Strong English writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, brevity, and tone
  • Exposure to marketing funnels and lead generation journeys
  • Experience working with analytics or feedback loops to optimize flows

Good to have:

  • Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI-assisted responses (e.g., GPT based tools)
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS, real estate, or lead-gen-oriented sectors
  • Experience collaborating with design and CX teams
  • Hands-on experience using chatbot builders or CRM-linked bots

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
