Senior Visualizer

Inboon Media is looking for a talented and passionate Creative Visualiser / Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team and bring bold, original visual ideas to life across all our brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers to ensure high-quality creative output.
• Develop original, visually impactful design concepts for digital and print media.
• Take full ownership of brand identity and ensure consistency across all design work.
• Collaborate with the content, strategy, and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas.
• Manage multiple brand design initiatives simultaneously, maintaining high standards and timely delivery.
• Guide junior designers with feedback, support, and professional growth.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
• Excellent visualisation and conceptualisation skills.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a small team of designers.
• A deep understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
