Senior Visualizer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Visualizer with a sharp creative vision and strong design thinking. The ideal candidate will lead visual concepts from ideation to execution — crafting designs that connect, engage, and inspire. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, content, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact visual solutions across campaigns and brand assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and visualize creative ideas for campaigns, branding, and marketing materials.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives and layouts.
• Oversee the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and marketing teams to align visuals with brand strategy.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and interns in design execution and creativity.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and visual communication techniques.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a creative/design role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other design tools.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, color, typography, and layout design.
• Experience in motion graphics or video-based design is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
