Job Description

Senior VIP AV Support Engineer

AV / Meeting Support

Manage end-to-end AV setup for boardrooms, conference rooms, and hybrid meetings.
Support platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Webex etc
Set up and troubleshoot video conferencing systems, projectors, microphones, speakers, and control panels.
Provide live meeting support for critical events, presentations, and webinars.
Coordinate with vendors for AV equipment maintenance or upgrades.

VIP Support

Provide dedicated, priority support to senior leadership, including CXO and top management.
Manage and resolve escalated issues related to laptops, mobile devices, email, network connectivity, and collaboration tools.
Handle urgent technical issues with quick turnaround time and minimal disruption.

Proactive Maintenance

Perform regular health checks on all AV systems and VIP devices.
Ensure updates, patches, and preventive maintenance are carried out in advance.
Maintain documentation of AV setups, VIP device configurations, and support logs.

Technical Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Windows, IOS
Expertise in AV systems: Crestron, Poly, Cisco Room Devices, etc.
Knowledge of networking basics (VPN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing).

Soft Skills

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-service orientation with executive presence.
Calm, adaptive, and solution-oriented mindset under pressure.
