Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor at Shalby Limited in Ahmedabad. The Video Editor will be responsible for creating, editing, and producing video content. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and assembling raw footage, applying video color grading, integrating motion graphics, and ensuring high-quality production standards. The Video Editor will collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop visually engaging video materials for various platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and project deadlines.

Professional Skills & ExpertiseLeadership in Video Production: Proven proficiency as a Video Production Head with hands-on experience in end-to-end video creation, team coordination, and delivering high-quality visual content.Motion Graphics & Advanced Video Editing: Expertise in motion graphic design, cinematic editing, and creating visually engaging video content.AI-Driven Content Creation: Skilled in AI-powered workflows including text-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video generation for efficient and creative content development.Color Grading & Visual Enhancement: Strong knowledge of professional video color grading, enhancing mood, tone, and visual consistency across projects.Graphic Design for Video: Experience in designing graphics, titles, overlays, and visual elements to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other industry-standard post-production tools.Quality & Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail with a creative and innovative mindset, ensuring visually appealing and high-quality output.Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative creative team.Educational Background: Relevant academic qualifications and certifications in video production, media, or related creative fields.
