What You'll Do

• Edit campus videos across formats: event films, testimonials, podcast, social media reels, vlogs, and montages
• Craft compelling narratives with strong rhythm, emotional pacing, and brand-aligned aesthetics
• Maintain visual consistency and excellence across regional content deliveries
• Collaborate with campus producers and cinematographers to understand the shoot context and intent
• Coordinate with motion designers to integrate graphics, lower-thirds, end cards, and transitions
• Ensure proper project structure, file naming, export specs, and delivery hygiene
• Receive mentorship and periodic reviews from Central Senior Editors and Creative Leads

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of strong editing experience in branded content, digital storytelling, or regional campaigns
• Fluency in

  Premiere Pro

  (After Effects and DaVinci Resolve are a big plus)
• Strong understanding of

  narrative logic, visual flow, and pacing

• A creative eye for music sync, montage design, rhythm, and reel-worthy storytelling
• Basic sound mixing and grading skills (advanced grading will be handled separately)
• Comfortable working in high-volume, high-velocity creative environments
• A collaborative mindset—you know editing is a team sport
