Senior Video Editor

• Edit micro drama episodes from raw footage into high-quality, release-ready content.
• Assemble scenes with strong narrative flow, ensuring emotional impact and continuity across episodes.
• Perform detailed episode stitching, pacing control, and storytelling enhancement.
• Execute colour correction and collaborate on DI to maintain a consistent visual mood and tone.
• Sync and enhance dialogues, background score, ambience, and sound effects.
• Maintain aspect ratios and outputs suitable for mobile-first platforms (especially 9:16 formats).
• Ensure visual framing keeps subjects central and safe for vertical viewing.
• Deliver content in strict adherence to technical and creative briefs.
• Manage multiple episodes simultaneously and meet tight production timelines.
• Incorporate feedback from creative leads and production teams with efficiency and precision.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in editing Films, TV Serials, Web Series or Micro Dramas.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Proven experience in episodic storytelling and long-form narrative editing.
• Understanding of vertical video storytelling and mobile audience behaviour.
• Excellent sense of pacing, timing, and emotional rhythm.
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced production environment.

• Experience in short-form drama for mobile streaming platforms.
• Knowledge of colour grading workflows and DI aesthetics.
• Experience handling multi-episode timelines and alternative scene edits.
• Basic knowledge of sound design and dialogue cleanup.
• Familiarity with Korean drama / cinematic visual storytelling styles is a plus.
