Senior Video Editor

InstaServ is looking for a highly creative and experienced Video Specialist with advanced expertise in motion graphics and visual storytelling. If you have a strong background in producing high-impact video content, crafting compelling motion design, and supporting digital marketing goals, we’d love to connect with you. In this role, you will lead the creation, editing, and optimization of video and multimedia assets that not only engage audiences but also inspire action.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in video production, motion graphics, and visual content creation.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Strong command of digital storytelling and creative direction for online marketing.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Hands-on experience with camera operations and audio recording for both studio and on-location shoots.
• Understanding of video performance metrics and strategies for optimized content delivery.
• Highly creative approach with strong attention to detail, composition, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the editing and creation of high-quality videos for direct-response and performance marketing campaigns.
• Develop advanced motion graphics, animations, and visual elements to enhance video narratives.
• Manage camera operations and audio production during shoots when required.
• Edit and refine video, audio, and graphic components to produce polished and engaging final outputs.
• Ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and quality across all video and motion design deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and PPC teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,925.27 - ₹25,168.01 per month
