Company Name: DK mIssion Force Pvt Ltd Job Title: Video Editor Department: Digital Marketing Location: Wakad, Pune Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Manager  Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage, applying artistic editing techniques, and creating finished, high-quality video content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing strategy. You will work closely with the production, design, and marketing teams to create compelling visuals that engage our audience across digital platforms.  Key Responsibilities: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for multiple platforms (social media, websites, advertisements, etc.) Add music, voiceovers, dialogue, graphics, visual effects, and sound to enhance the final video output Trim footage segments, sequence clips logically, and sync audio/video properly Collaborate with creative directors, scriptwriters, and marketing teams to interpret project briefs and achieve desired outcomes Color-correct and grade video footage to meet visual consistency standards Create simple motion graphics, intros/outros, and animated titles when required Export and compress videos in the correct formats and resolutions for web, mobile, and broadcast Maintain an organized workflow, including backup of footage, project files, and source materials Keep up-to-date with editing trends, tools, and industry best practices Meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high quality.  Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Studies, Media, Communication, Animation, or related field 1–3 years of professional experience in video editing or multimedia production Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve Adobe After Effects ( motion graphics ) Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual continuity Knowledge of audio editing, sound mixing, and syncing Familiarity with video formats, codecs, export settings, and platform-specific specs (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Good sense of music selection and sound design Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills Strong organizational and file management abilities Ability to take constructive feedback and apply revisions quickly Preferred Qualifications Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and video production equipment Experience in color grading using DaVinci Resolve or Lumetri Basic knowledge of 2D animation and graphic design Portfolio of previous video editing work is highly desirable Familiarity with content marketing or branding is a plus Personal Attributes & Competencies: Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Creative mindset with an eye for detail Deadline-oriented and flexible with shifting priorities Passionate about visual storytelling and media production Interested candidates may apply with their updated CV On mail hr@dilipauti.com or what's App 7768827979/8550907979
