Senior Video Developer

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Developer who not only excels in video editing and motion design but also brings leadership experience to the table. This individual will take full ownership of the end-to-end video production process, from ideation to final delivery, while guiding and mentoring a small team of video editors (2–3 people). This is a creative leadership role requiring technical excellence, team coordination, and a vision for impactful storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the video creation lifecycle - editing and post-production Personally handle high-quality editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Guide, review, and provide feedback to the in-house team of 2–3 video editors to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery Allocate tasks, manage timelines, and track the production pipeline Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to convert briefs into compelling videos Ensure brand guidelines and creative direction are followed across all video assets Implement AI-based video workflows to speed up and innovate the video production process

Required Skills & Qualifications:
4–5 years of experience in video editing and visual storytelling Proven experience in leading or mentoring a small creative/video team Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Working knowledge of AI-based video creation tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Veo 3, etc.) Excellent time management and organizational skills Sharp eye for visual aesthetics, sound design, pacing, and storytelling

Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team under tight deadlines
A strong portfolio showcasing both personal and team-managed video projects

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):
Experience with 3D or immersive/VR content Familiarity with project management tools Basic scriptwriting or storyboarding skills
