Senior Video Developer

As a highly skilled Senior Video Developer, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of the end-to-end video production process, from ideation to final delivery. Your role will involve not only excelling in video editing and motion design but also bringing leadership experience to the table. You will guide and mentor a small team of 23 video editors, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery while working closely with content, design, and marketing teams to convert briefs into compelling videos. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage the video creation lifecycle, including editing and post-production - Personally handle high-quality editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects - Guide, review, and provide feedback to the in-house team of 23 video editors - Allocate tasks, manage timelines, and track the production pipeline - Ensure brand guidelines and creative direction are followed across all video assets - Implement AI-based video workflows to speed up and innovate the video production process Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5 years of experience in video editing and visual storytelling - Proven experience in leading or mentoring a small creative/video team - Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects - Working knowledge of AI-based video creation tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Veo 3, etc. - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Sharp eye for visual aesthetics, sound design, pacing, and storytelling - Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team under tight deadlines - A strong portfolio showcasing both personal and team-managed video projects Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory): - Experience with 3D or immersive/VR content - Familiarity with project management tools - Basic scriptwriting or storyboarding skills As a highly skilled Senior Video Developer, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of the end-to-end video production process, from ideation to final delivery.
