Senior Video Developer

As a highly skilled Senior Video Developer, your role will involve taking full ownership of the end-to-end video production process, from ideation to final delivery, while guiding and mentoring a small team of video editors. You will be responsible for editing and post-production, ensuring high-quality editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Additionally, you will guide, review, and provide feedback to the in-house team of video editors to maintain consistent quality and timely delivery. Your role will also include allocating tasks, managing timelines, and tracking the production pipeline. Collaboration with content, design, and marketing teams to transform briefs into compelling videos while maintaining brand guidelines and creative direction will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will implement AI-based video workflows to streamline and innovate the video production process. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage the video creation lifecycle, including editing and post-production - Personally handle high-quality editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects - Guide, review, and provide feedback to the in-house team of 23 video editors for consistent quality and timely delivery - Allocate tasks, manage timelines, and track the production pipeline - Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to convert briefs into compelling videos - Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and creative direction across all video assets - Implement AI-based video workflows to enhance the video production process Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5 years of experience in video editing and visual storytelling - Proven experience in leading or mentoring a small creative/video team - Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects - Working knowledge of AI-based video creation tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Veo 3, etc. - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Keen eye for visual aesthetics, sound design, pacing, and storytelling - Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team under tight deadlines - Strong portfolio showcasing personal and team-managed video projects Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory): - Experience with 3D or immersive/VR content - Familiarity with project management tools - Basic scriptwriting or storyboarding skills,
