Role & responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve collective and individual sales goals.
  • Conduct regular performance review meetings and provide actionable feedback.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up on collections and timely customer payments.
  • Be physically present at the project sites on weekends to facilitate and oversee site visits.
  • Ensure proper usage and regular updating of data in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and enforce CRM discipline across the sales team.
  • Ensure all leads are attended to promptly and professionally.
  • Set sales targets for the team and implement strategies to achieve them.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report results to the Director.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align on lead generation and campaign follow-ups.
  • Maintain high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction.
