Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire enterprise large format retailers or merchants along with maximum digital payment wallet share of outlets.
  • Sell various retail and payment software tools to retailers.
  • Add value to retailers by either helping them grow or reduce their cost using our software tools and build strong relationships with CXOs and HODs of retailers.

Goals:

  • Increase revenue by selling software tools to retailers.

Day-to-day activities:

  • Build and train team of high performing enterprise sales team.
  • Discover pain points of retailers and potential opportunities for us by, taking reviews of sales team, visiting retail outlets on daily basis and by talking to merchants HO on daily basis.
  • Prepare business case for software tool to be sold, based on findings from various sources and convince CXOs of retailers to procure our software tools.
  • Increase revenue from retailers by upward commercial revision, by selling more software tools to merchants and by adding value on existing software tools.
  • Prevent entry of competitors in customers by discover important gaps from our side in meeting customers expectations utilize our strengths to demonstrate our competitive advantage and present our weakness in right manner, to prevent entry of competitor in customers.
  • Make sure we go live ASAP in all outlets of merchants to earn maximum revenue from merchants.

Skills and qualifications:

  • MBA from a good institute with a minimum of 14-20 years of experience in handling enterprise sales for SAAS products to Indian retailers and merchants.
  • Experience in managing IT, Finance and Marketing HODs of merchants.
  • Should have experience in managing-

    electronics manufacturers and banks

  • Should be able to train, coach and mentor enterprise sales team.
  • Executive Presence to represent Innoviti to CXOs of large customer organizations and Business Heads of Partner organization.
  • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and passion for success.
  • Have excellent communication, time management, listening, presentation and writing skills.
