Senior UX Designer

10-12 Years of exp as UX Deseign with 5 years as Lead. Lead the user experience design work for one or more products or platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand requirements and priorities.Translate high-level product goals into clear experience direction for the design team.Review, guide, and refine UX and UI designs to ensure consistency, quality, and usability.Facilitate design discussions, critiques, and workshops to align cross-functional teams.Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities when making design decisions.Plan and manage UX design activities across sprints, releases, and milestones.Ensure designs follow established design standards, patterns, and accessibility guidelines.Support usability validation and incorporate feedback into design iterations.Coordinate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.Mentor and support UX designers, providing feedback and guidance on their work.Communicate design rationale and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Continuously identify opportunities to improve user experience and design processes.
