Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at EY's GDS Assurance Digital practice in Bangalore, India, you will be part of a team dedicated to developing, implementing, and integrating technology solutions to better serve audit clients and engagement teams. Your role will involve utilizing your technical knowledge in Audit, outstanding database skills, data analytics expertise, and programming skills to meet ever-increasing regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop a deep understanding of Audit related technical knowledge - Utilize outstanding database, data analytics, and programming skills - Provide solution architecture, application development, testing, and maintenance support to the global Assurance service line - Implement agile practices, design thinking, visual design, interaction design, and information architecture - Create and work with design systems and UI pattern libraries - Facilitate usability testing and drive engaging design - Advocate for the user and incorporate customer insights throughout the creative process - Maintain long-term client relationships and cultivate business development opportunities - Provide high-quality client services by managing staff performance and informing engagement managers of progress - Utilize presentation skills to communicate solution architecture to stakeholders - Demonstrate understanding and experience of software development best practices - Collaborate effectively with team members **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in human-computer-interaction, human-factors, graphic design, computer science, information systems, engineering or equivalent work experience - Master's degree preferred - 5-7 years of relevant experience - Management experience is a plus - Proficiency in agile practices, design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma, and industry-standard software like Sketch, Invision, Axure RP, OmniGraffle, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign - Strong skills in typography, composition, layout, and attention to detail - Experience in creating UX deliverables using industry-standard tools - Strong analytical and decision-making skills - Excellent business communication, consulting, and quality process skills - Ability to prioritize workload to meet organizational objectives - Proactive approach to problem-solving and presenting solutions - Team player with a passion for user-centric design Join EY's GDS Assurance Digital team and contribute to building a better working world for clients, people, and society through innovative technology solutions and a commitment to excellence.,
