About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences across a range of products and platforms. Your design thinking and user-centric approach will play a crucial role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and effective user interfaces that align with our business goals and delight our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, conceptualize, and implement new user interface designs.
• Optimize and improve existing UI/UX designs for performance and usability.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance product experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and transform them into user-friendly designs.
• Develop technical and business requirements for design solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Build prototypes and test new product ideas before development.
• Translate concepts into user-friendly, functional designs across web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual coherence across all platforms.
• Develop Information Architecture and Interaction Design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UX Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Framer, or Axure.
• Solid understanding of design principles and user-centered design processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain design concepts and ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with usability testing and design validation techniques.
• HFI/HCI certification is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹602,880.11 - ₹1,939,293.91 per year
