Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer based in Kolkata, WB, India, you will be an integral part of our team, utilizing your 5+ years of experience to create exceptional user experiences for various products and platforms. Your design thinking and user-centric approach will be instrumental in crafting intuitive, engaging, and effective user interfaces that align with our business objectives and exceed user expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, conceptualizing, and implementing new user interface designs, as well as optimizing existing UI/UX designs for enhanced performance and usability. Through user research and feedback evaluation, you will continuously enhance the product experience. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into user-friendly designs will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will develop technical and business requirements for design solutions, create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes, and ensure consistent branding and visual coherence across all platforms. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in UX Design, along with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise across web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Framer, or Axure is essential. A solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design processes, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are crucial for success. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be valuable in explaining design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with usability testing, design validation techniques, and HFI/HCI certification would be advantageous.
