Senior User Experience Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Mid to Senior Visual Designer with a strong foundation in UX design and a sharp eye for visual storytelling. You’ll help define user experiences across web and mobile platforms while also contributing to visual assets for brand and marketing.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to sit at the core of digital product design, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to shape seamless, intuitive, and elegant user experiences.

What Will yuou do : 

Lead visual direction across UX projects, ensuring that every user-facing touchpoint is functional, intuitive, and beautiful.

Translate complex workflows and product requirements into clear, usable UI/UX designs and wireframes.

Participate in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.

Contribute to the end-to-end product design process—from discovery to delivery—across multiple platforms.

Collaborate on design systems, components, and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability.

Support branding, marketing, and storytelling through visually compelling graphics and video content when needed.

Work cross-functionally with engineers, PMs, and business stakeholders to bring design solutions to life.

Ensure that all designs follow best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and user-centered design.

What you Bring : 

4–8 years of professional experience in UX/Product design, with a strong visual design portfolio across digital platforms.

Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, responsive design, and design systems.

Proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, and components), Adobe Creative Suite, and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere).

Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition.

Experience designing for web, mobile (iOS/Android), and multi-platform digital products.

Ability to interpret product goals, technical constraints, and user feedback into elegant design solutions.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to work in cross-functional product teams.

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple UX design projects simultaneously.

Nice to Haves

Experience in a SaaS or fintech product environment.

Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.

Passion for UX writing, micro-interactions, or motion in product design.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design sprints.
