We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to join our IT Innovation Campus at Bangalore location. The position will assist in creating intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience of digital products. They combine their expertise in design principles, user research, interaction design, and usability testing to craft solutions that are both functional and visually appealing. Your Responsibilities You must conduct user research to gain insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points. This may involve user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis. You have to create and optimize the information architecture of digital products, ensuring that content and navigation are structured for user ease. You should work with multiple stakeholders and be able to communicate and articulate what your design solves and justify your solution with the Business Stakeholders, Project Team, Product Management, etc. You need to develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts, allowing for early user testing and feedback. Design and refine user interfaces (UI) and interactions to enhance usability, accessibility, and user engagement based on feedback and feasibility checks. Ensure the Visual Design strictly follows Design Standards and Guidelines with proper UX behavior documentation that is clear to the project team. Be active as part of the design process from concept to visual design to implementation What Youll Bring Bachelor s degree or Postgraduate in design, Human-computer interaction, or a related field. 4 to 8 years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years in UX & UI with a B2B/B2C product company with an emphasis on creating rich user experiences. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects and demonstrating proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Must have clear understanding for Web & Mobile (iOS & Android) platform guidelines and design standards Good Level of knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS development capabilities is a plus. Contribute to the Figma design system, maintain and share UX design guidelines and components with behaviors. Why Work with Us?
