Description We are seeking a Senior US Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru, India, working during night shifts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in US recruitment and a proven track record of successfully filling various roles. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various positions in the US. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to build a robust candidate pipeline. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the ATS. Skills and Qualifications 7-15 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of US labor laws and recruitment best practices. Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a night shift environment. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions.
