Senior US Accounts Executive


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage

    end-to-end invoicing

    for US-based clients and consultants
  • Ensure accurate billing as per

    tax terms

    (W2, C2C, 1099) and contracts
  • Process

    bi-weekly/monthly payroll

    via

    Paychex

    or similar platforms
  • Maintain financial records and process payments using

    QuickBooks

  • Reconcile accounts, handle journal entries, and prepare P&L and balance sheets
  • Coordinate with consultants to track

    timesheets, approvals

    , and

    billing hours

  • Work closely with vendors and clients to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Maintain compliance with US taxation and accounting standards
  • Assist in audits, reporting, and financial forecasting as required


Requirements:


  • 2 to 6 years of experience in

    US accounts, payroll, and invoicing

  • Strong knowledge of

    US tax terms

    : W2, C2C, 1099
  • Proficient in

    QuickBooks, Paychex

    , and Excel
  • Experience working with

    consultants

    and

    vendor management

  • Prior exposure to

    real estate

    or

    US staffing

    is a strong advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Must be comfortable with

    onsite work

    at our Madhapur office


Preferred Qualifications:


  • B.Com / MBA / CA-Inter or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in handling

    multi-state payroll

    and invoicing formats
