Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accounting Associate to manage

end-to-end bookkeeping for US-based clients

accounting functions, financial reporting, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy,

compliance, and efficiency in financial operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with

the team to deliver high-quality accounting services.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end bookkeeping

Month-end/Quarter-end close activities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements. Coordinate and complete annual audits.

• Provide audit support and assistance during internal and external audits.

• Client communication & problem solving. Accounts payable/receivable management.

• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate financial reports.

• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

• Meet financial accounting objectives and reporting deadlines.

• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably handling US clients

Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage Intacct.

US GAAP

Experience in reconciliations, payroll processing, and financial statement

preparation

• Advanced Excel skills with expertise in financial reporting and data analysis.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

• Excellent organizational and task management skills;
