Information Architecture & Wireframing : Develop robust information architectures, user flows, site maps, and interactive wireframes (low to high-fidelity) to define product structure and functionality. Prototyping & Testing : Create clickable prototypes for user testing and iterative design, validating concepts and gathering feedback to refine designs. UI Design & Visual Language : Design compelling and consistent user interfaces, including visual elements, typography, color palettes, and iconography, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and creating a cohesive visual language. Design System Contribution : Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all products. Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions. Present design concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Problem-Solving : Identify design problems and devise elegant, user-centric solutions that enhance usability and delight users. Mentorship & Leadership : Potentially mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and champion design best practices within the team. Industry Trends : Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our design capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of hands-on professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital products. Expert proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Demonstrated experience across the entire UX design process, from user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout. Proven ability to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications. Excellent understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies. Proficiency in creating and maintaining design systems. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment, managing time effectively across projects. Good To Have Skills Experience with animation and motion design tools (e.g, After Effects, Principle). Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical constraints and possibilities.
