Senior UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at our company, you will utilize your expertise to create intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences. Beyond traditional design, you will integrate AI-driven design thinking into our workflow using the latest tools to enhance user experiences. Taking on a senior role, you will be responsible for the complete design process from initial research and concept development to prototyping, usability testing, and final delivery. Collaboration with product managers, developers, data scientists, and marketing teams will be essential to craft functional and delightful user journeys. Your key responsibilities will include leading UI/UX strategy and execution for both web and mobile applications, conducting user research and usability testing, creating wireframes and prototypes aligned with business objectives, establishing design systems for consistency, and ensuring pixel-perfect implementation through collaboration with product and engineering teams. Furthermore, you will incorporate AI-driven design tools to accelerate workflows, personalize user experiences, and stay updated on emerging design and AI trends to bring innovative concepts into the product roadmap. Mentoring junior designers and fostering a user-first design culture will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio, expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, a solid understanding of design principles and user research, and familiarity with AI-powered design tools. Additionally, excellent communication, storytelling, interpersonal, and collaboration skills are essential along with experience in Agile/Scrum environments and a degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
