The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling international holiday packages to Indian clients. You’ll be managing inquiries, crafting tailor-made itineraries, and closing sales with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a sales environment, has deep knowledge of popular outbound destinations, and understands the unique preferences of the Indian traveler.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for international travel.
• Design customized international travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through proactive communication and relationship building.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, flight routes, hotel options, and international travel trends.
• Collaborate with suppliers, DMCs, and other partners to source competitive rates and exclusive offers.
• Ensure a seamless pre- and post-travel experience for clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound travel sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of key outbound destinations such as Southeast Asia, Europe, UAE, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional regional languages are a plus.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
• Familiarity with GDS systems, travel CRMs, and booking tools is preferred.
