Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Travel Sales Executive. The Senior Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, creating tailored travel itineraries, selling travel packages, and providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include understanding client needs, recommending travel packages, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The executive will also stay updated on industry trends and emerging destinations to better serve clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Travel Consulting
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to create and present customized travel itineraries
• Proficiency in using travel booking and CRM software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a must
