We specialize in curating personalized outbound travel packages for Indian travelers. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a dynamic and driven Travel Sales Executive to join our growing outbound travel sales team. Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling international holiday packages to Indian clients. You’ll be managing inquiries, crafting tailor-made itineraries, and closing sales with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a sales environment, has deep knowledge of popular outbound destinations, and understands the unique preferences of the Indian traveler. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for international travel. Design customized international travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets. Convert leads into confirmed bookings through proactive communication and relationship building. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, flight routes, hotel options, and international travel trends. Collaborate with suppliers, DMCs, and other partners to source competitive rates and exclusive offers. Ensure a seamless pre- and post-travel experience for clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound travel sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. In-depth knowledge of key outbound destinations such as Southeast Asia, Europe, UAE, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional regional languages are a plus. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients simultaneously. Familiarity with GDS systems, travel CRMs, and booking tools is preferred.
