We are looking for an experienced B2C Sales Agent specializing in international holiday packages. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in dealing with clients who are planning to travel abroad, understand the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and be able to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving monthly targets. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound leads for international holiday packages. Understand client requirements and prepare customized travel itineraries. Coordinate with suppliers/DMCs to provide competitive quotations. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion ratios. Maintain proper follow-up with clients to ensure successful bookings and customer satisfaction. Preferred Candidate Profile: Proven experience in selling international holiday packages (Europe, Dubai, Bali, Singapore, Thailand, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi. Strong knowledge of flights, hotels, and DMCs. Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
