Senior Travel Sales Consultant

As a Travel Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to understand clients" package requirements and prepare itineraries tailored to their needs. You will diagnose clients" specifications and wishes to suggest suitable travel packages, presenting and convincing clients on domestic and international tour packages. Your role will involve utilizing your good selling and negotiation skills to effectively manage bookings and make recommendations that best suit customers" needs. In addition to sales, you will advise customers on destination-related information such as climate, culture, tickets, accommodation, and transportation. Handling customer complaints and issues in a professional manner to ensure satisfactory resolutions will be crucial. Staying updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices will also be part of your responsibilities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is essential to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaboration with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives is expected. This full-time, permanent position entails a day shift schedule with performance and quarterly bonuses. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of total work experience in a similar role.
