Senior Travel Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant to join our team specializing in flight reservations for US/UK clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel consulting, excellent knowledge of the travel industry, and exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in booking international flights, ensuring accuracy and compliance with their preferences and budget.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations and options based on customer needs.
• Offer prompt assistance to clients with modifications, cancellations, and refunds in compliance with airline policies.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Stay updated on airline rules, travel restrictions, and visa requirements for US/UK routes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
