We are looking for a reliable Office Boy to perform basic clerical and support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, serving beverages, running errands, and assisting office staff as needed. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms. Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests. Collect and distribute documents, parcels, and mail within the office. Assist in filing documents and handling photocopying or scanning tasks. Support in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings. Monitor pantry supplies and restock when necessary. Run errands as directed by the supervisor (e.g., banking, purchasing office items). Ensure hygiene standards and cleanliness are maintained at all times. Provide general administrative support to office staff. Requirements: Minimum education: High school or equivalent. Basic knowledge of office equipment like photocopiers and scanners. Good hygiene and cleanliness habits. Polite, punctual, and presentable. Ability to multitask and follow instructions efficiently. Trustworthy and dependable.
