We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the growth of our IT services and solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, a proven track record in acquiring new clients, and the ability to close deals involving custom software development, web and mobile applications, cloud solutions, and digital transformation projects. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and acquire new IT projects and clients across domestic and international markets. Generate qualified leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, LinkedIn, and partnerships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads). Prepare customized business proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations tailored to project requirements. Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to define project scopes and deliver winning solutions. Negotiate and close business deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipelines, and sales forecasts using CRM tools. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and virtual webinars to promote services and expand reach.
