Business Development Manager (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the growth of our IT services and solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, a proven track record in acquiring new clients, and the ability to close deals involving custom software development, web and mobile applications, cloud solutions, and digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and acquire new IT projects and clients across domestic and international markets.
• Generate qualified leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, LinkedIn, and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads).
• Prepare customized business proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations tailored to project requirements.
• Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to define project scopes and deliver winning solutions.
• Negotiate and close business deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipelines, and sales forecasts using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and virtual webinars to promote services and expand reach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
