Senior Travel Sales Consultant

Job Title:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through online and offline channels for travel packages, flights, hotels, and corporate travel services.
  
• Visit IT companies and client locations when required to pitch and close business.
  
• Prepare customized itineraries based on client requirements, budget, and travel purpose.
  
• Manage end-to-end travel operations including bookings, vendor coordination, and customer communication.
  
• Maintain strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, pricing, and seasonal offers.
  
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize repeat business.
  
• Work towards monthly/quarterly sales targets and qualify for incentive programs upon completion.
  
• Handle post-sales support, modifications, and travel-related assistance.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 36 years of experience in travel consulting, corporate travel sales, or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of domestic & international travel products, itineraries, and bookings.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
  
• Ability to conduct corporate visits and sales presentations when required.
  
• Proficiency in travel portals, GDS/booking tools, MS Office, and CRM systems.
  
• Target-driven mindset with strong sales closing ability.
