Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete bidding process on platforms like

  Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other portals

  .
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in web, mobile app, and software development domains.
  
• Draft, structure, and submit persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements.
  
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure proposals are accurate and aligned with delivery capabilities.
  
• Handle client communications, follow-ups, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
  
• Track, analyze, and report bid success rates and continuously improve the bidding strategy.
  
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, pricing, and competition.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  3+ years of experience

  in IT project bidding or business development through online platforms.
• Proven track record of generating and closing leads via

  Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong proposal writing and negotiation abilities.
  
• Sound understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, and client requirements.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM management.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling international clients.
  
• Knowledge of project estimation, pricing models, and outsourcing practices.
