• Coordinate and manage the full bid/proposal development process, including RFP/RFQ/RFI analysis, compliance mapping, and timeline adherence.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal, operations) and external partners to gather accurate and timely inputs.
• Draft, structure, and format bid content in line with client requirements and company branding.
• Maintain bid trackers, CRM, submission calendars, and manage post-submission clarifications and updates till the opportunity complete lifecycle.
• Assist in the preparation of capability statements, pre-qualification documents, and client-specific presentations.
• Monitor government and enterprise tender portals and support Go/No-Go assessments.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in bid/proposal management in IT domains.
• Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ structures, bidding procedures, and proposal compliance.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Fast learner

  with strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication

  skills.
• Experience with bid automation or document management tools is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a team environment.
