The candidate will primarily focus on bidding and proposal submission through Upwork and other platform and similar platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client requirements. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in international client handling. Key Responsibilities Identify and apply for relevant projects on Upwork and other platforms. Prepare customized proposals and bids tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, finance) to prepare accurate project estimations. Maintain and update bid trackers, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients acquired through Upwork. Ensure high-quality communication and professionalism in all client interactions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in bidding, sales coordination, inside sales, or business development. Mandatory experience/knowledge of using Upwork and other platform for bidding. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to draft professional client responses. Good organizational skills with ability to multitask under deadlines.
