Job Title:

Senior HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment:

    • Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and hiring managers.

      Staffing & IT Recruitment:

    • Handle bulk and niche hiring requirements across

      IT and technical domains

      .
    • Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent for technical roles.
    • Work on both permanent and contract staffing needs.

      Sourcing & Talent Pipeline:

    • Source candidates through

      job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing

      .
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions.
    • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to find passive candidates.

      Candidate Screening & Evaluation:

    • Conduct detailed resume screening and technical fitment checks.
    • Schedule and conduct interviews (telephonic, video, and face-to-face).
    • Assess candidates skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.

      Stakeholder Management:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and role specifications.
    • Provide recruitment insights and market intelligence to stakeholders.
    • Maintain strong professional relationships with internal teams and external candidates.

      Recruitment Operations & Compliance:

    • Ensure timely updates of recruitment activities in ATS/HRMS.
    • Maintain accurate reports on hiring metrics (TAT, pipeline status, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and recruitment best practices.

      Offer Management & Onboarding:

    • Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and ensure candidate conversions.
    • Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new hires.
    • Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

      Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated with market trends, new hiring practices, and industry benchmarks.
    • Suggest process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
    • Mentor junior recruiters and support team hiring goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum

    5+ years of experience

    in staffing, IT recruitment, and technical hiring.
  • Proven expertise in

    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Work from Office
